  • Mon 18:00 -19:00 - Junior (Advanced)
  • Mon 19:00 -20:15 - Adults (12 upwards)
  • Tue 17:15-18:15 - Juniors

Fitness

  • Tue 18:30-20:00 - Mens Circuit training

Karate & Self Defence

  • Wed 17:30-18:30 - Junior
  • Wed 18:30-19:50 - Adults (12 upwards)
