BLACK BELT ONLY CLASS (Starting from September dates to be confirmed) This class will be once a month on a Sunday 5 - 7 on a pay as you go basis 2 hours. This class will be only open to Black belts and we will cover all the advanced aspects of karate. This class will be a supplement to your training and also good stepping stone for the black belts who want to excel or may eventually want to become an Instructor under the MRKD banner. I will be offering this to all my black belt students past and present. MAXIMUM RESPONSE ACADEMY Elite Training Group (Starting from September dates to be confirmed) This class will form a new training group who will train once a month on a Sunday morning 9 - 12 on a pay as you go basis 3 hours and will only be open to adults age 16 and over. This will only be for the serious Trainer/student who would like to cover the best of everything. Note this will not be a karate lesson and you can train in loose clothing of your choice. There will be no katas, just fighting stuff for self protection. Example we will be mixing together the best of the best and will have guest instructors on a regular basis Stand up Fighting including the best of: - Boxing - Kickboxing - Karate - Kung Fu - Savate - JKD - Krav Maga - Clinching and more Weapon Training:- Filipino Kali - Stick Fighting - Streetwise Self Defence Techniques - Knife Defence - Gun Defence and more Ground Work:- Ju Jitsu - Shoot Fighting - Judo - Brazilian Ju Jitsu - Break Falling and Rolling - Dirty Street Moves Fitness:- Circuit Training with and without weights - Pad work Has a serious training group you will build up your own training kit as required Please contact me and let me know if you're interested Best Regards Mark
