Each lesson has a good mixture of the various areas taught within the Academy.

The general structure will be something like this...

  • Warm Up
  • Stretching
  • Kata
  • Combinations
  • Pad Work
  • Self Defence
  • Sparring
  • Warm Down

When gradings are immenent certain areas may be trained more extensively than others to ensure students are well prepared.

Which ever lesson you attend you will be guaranteed a good work out!
