Each lesson has a good mixture of the various areas taught within the Academy.
The general structure will be something like this...

- Stretching
- Kata
- Combinations
- Pad Work
- Self Defence
- Sparring
- Warm Down
When gradings are immenent certain areas may be trained more extensively
than others to ensure students are well prepared.
Which ever lesson you attend you will be guaranteed a good work out!
